Help maintain required inspections and service records for fire protection systems, alarms, boilers, kitchen systems, playgrounds, life-safety equipment, and other regulated or safety-sensitive systems. Respond to occasional after-hours facility needs, emergencies, weather events, and special events. What we are looking for Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, custodial operations, grounds, construction support, or a related field; equivalent combinations of experience and training may be considered. Two or more years of supervisory, lead-worker, project-lead, or team-coordination experience preferred. Physical and work environment requirements Safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds, including supplies, boxes, tables, chairs, classroom furniture, office furniture, and event equipment. Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, maintenance equipment, custodial equipment, and snow/grounds equipment appropriate to training and assignment.
