Job Description
Job Summary The Maintenance Administrative Assistant position is an administrative professional whose primary responsibility is to support the Director of Facilities to fulfill their job. Manages large- and small-scale projects, ensuring they are meeting deadlines and within budget. Common daily tasks include coordinating meetings, preparing staff schedules, maintaining documentation, developing task lists, contacting vendors/contractors, providing updates to the appropriate members of the Management Team, maintaining/doing occasional work orders, ordering supplies. The Maintenance Administrative Assistant will also complete tasks in support of other departments, as directed by Director of Facilities. Must have exceptional communication skills, great computer skills, must be organized, a passion for serving others, and the ability to manage multiple projects. This is a full time first shift position.
