A Facilities Manager manages the facilities of a company or organization, including buildings and grounds, equipment, supplies and staff. Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
- 65K and includes full benefits (below).
- Demonstrates knowledge of facility maintenance, building systems, groundskeeping operations, preventative maintenance practices, landscaping, and safety compliance. Experience overseeing multiple facilities or sites preferred. Familiarity with CIMS standards and CMMS systems is a plus. People Management
- Effectively supervises, coaches, develops, and motivates Facilities & Grounds staff to achieve operational goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Critical Thinking

- Has solid knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, and the Internet. Prior Experience using a CMMS to handle work orders and PM checklists is an additional plus. Results-Oriented
