Temp- One Year Contract (Possible to be extended) Facilities Coordinator
- 100% ONSITE Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
- 40 hours Pay $21.
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support facilities operations. This role is responsible for coordinating purchase requests, payments, maintenance activities, and vendor engagement while collaborating closely with Corporate, Buyers, and Finance teams.Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in Xiam Submit payments and manage all invoice inquiries Follow up on payment processing in SAP Plan and schedule Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Demand Maintenance Coordinate with external vendors for preventative maintenance and calibration execution Collaborate with Buyers and Corporate stakeholders to ensure timely execution of facilities needs Provide accrual impact reporting to the Finance team Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with client's proceduresRequired & Preferred Qualifications:
