The facility maintains established surgical infrastructure and protocols to support quality patient care delivery across the cardiothoracic and vascular surgery service lines. Dedicated clinical support staff are in place to ensure continuity of care throughout each assigned coverage period. Clinicians will find diverse options for recreation and exploration throughout the region. About the Clinician's Workday The physician associate will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one weeknight call shift per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM as 2nd Call/Backup. Clinical responsibilities are primarily CT surgery with some vascular work; the role involves limited rounding. The physician associate will collaborate with 3 Physician Associates who first assist in surgery and take call, and 3 APRNs who see patients in the office Monday through Thursday. All clinical documentation is maintained through the

EPIC EMR

system, and the facility schedules 2-4 surgeries per physician each day of the week.
