Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a
FACILITIES MANAGER
in KY.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead the site's ammonia refrigeration and PSM program, ensuring compliance with
OSHA PSM, EPA
RMP, IIAR, and all applicable regulatory and company requirements. Manage the operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical plant utility and facility systems (ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, HVAC, water treatment, fire protection, and building infrastructure). Oversee PSM program elements, including mechanical integrity, emergency response readiness, process hazard analyses (PHAs), management of change (MOC), compliance audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in industrial facilities, utilities, refrigeration, or maintenance leadership Strong hands-on experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems Demonstrated working knowledge of PSM and ammonia compliance programs Experience with boilers, steam systems, air compressors, HVAC, and plant utility systems Experience leading maintenance or facilities technicians Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, mechanical integrity, troubleshooting, and reliability practices Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and code requirements Preferred Qualifications Food, beverage, dairy, cold storage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience RETA certification (e.g., CARO or CIRO) Boiler operator license or documented boiler operations experience #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
