A Facilities Manager manages the facilities of a company or organization, including buildings and grounds, equipment, supplies and staff. Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.
Lead the site's ammonia refrigeration and PSM program, ensuring compliance with
OSHA PSM, EPA
RMP, IIAR, and all applicable regulatory and company requirements. Manage the operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical plant utility and facility systems (ammonia refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, HVAC, water treatment, fire protection, and building infrastructure). Oversee PSM program elements, including mechanical integrity, emergency response readiness, process hazard analyses (PHAs), management of change (MOC), compliance audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
