Overview Join our team as an Assistant Facility Manager to the Facility Manager where your leadership will drive the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee maintenance, ensure safety compliance, and manage and oversee projects. You will play a part in maintaining standards of facility performance, safety, and efficiency under the supervision of the Facility Manager. Responsibilities Assist Facility Manager in managing daily operations of facilities maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Assist Facility Manager to oversee projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, managing timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships. Assist in maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety checks to support continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Able to communicate efficiently with team, Field Technicians, Vendors, and Contractors. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage priorities, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Basic Computer Skills. Fluency in English is required.
