Learn more at thewarblerhotel.com . We're hiring a Facilities Associate to help keep the property running ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Chief Engineer. What You'll Do Perform general repairs — plumbing, PTAC units, furniture, fixtures, electronic locks, painting, and carpentry Complete routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance on hotel machinery Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and courteously Care for the hotel's grounds and pool, including daily chemical checks Communicate promptly with Guest Services and Housekeeping on room readiness What You'll Need Minimum one year of general building maintenance experience or equivalent trade profession experience Vocational school certification preferred Hotel or boutique/lifestyle property experience is a plus Comfort with physical work: walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Job Type $19.00 per hour | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) | New Orleans, LA Equal Opportunity Employer The Warbler is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
