Job Description

## Standard Job Description The Facilities Supervisor will lead and coordinate all Maintenance Technicians at Lockheed Martin's Chelmsford, Westford, and Andover sites. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of a multi‑shift workforce (7 days a week) with primary production focus on first and second shift. Key duties include project scheduling, work‑assignment, and performance oversight; ensuring reliable operation of equipment, building systems, and grounds; and partnering with functions to meet critical production schedules and safety standards. ## Basic Qualifications
  • 3 + years of progressive facilities/maintenance supervision experience, preferably in a multi‑site, 24‑/7 environment.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive‑maintenance practices, building systems, and safety regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or associate‑level training is a plus. ## Desired Skills
  • Ability to create and manage work schedules and monitor workflow across shifts.
  • Ability to analyze facilties demands and prioritize work to support first‑ and second‑shift operations.
  • Familiarity with the multiple buildings/plant layouts and equipment.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude for process‑driven issues and the ability to intervene directly when critical schedules are at risk
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
