Full Job Description Role:
To provide onsite facilities and information technology support to all Credit Union locations by ensuring buildings, equipment, workstations, and technology systems are maintained in excellent working condition. This position serves as a primary onsite resource for branch staff by performing routine facilities maintenance, technology support, equipment installations, and assisting with projects across the organization.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Provide onsite technical support to branch and administrative staff by troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, peripherals, monitors, and other end-user technology. Escalate complex issues to the IT department. Install, move, replace, and configure computer equipment, monitors, docking stations, printers, network devices, and other office technology at all Credit Union locations. Assist the IT department with workstation deployments, hardware replacements, software installations, equipment inventory, cable management, and technology projects. Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of buildings, including moving furniture, workstations, cabinets, minor repairs, touch up painting, equipment assembly, and general facilities support. Assist with maintaining HVAC systems and other building systems by coordinating repairs and reporting maintenance issues to the AVP, Facilities & Security. Respond to facilities and IT service requests submitted through ticketing system and provide timely onsite support. Assist with access control systems, alarm systems, security cameras, badge readers, and physical security equipment, under direction of Facilities & IT. Visit branch locations regularly to deliver supplies, equipment, replace hardware, and provide preventative maintenance for both facilities and technology systems. Assist with maintenance of accurate inventory of IT equipment, facilities equipment, and supplies. Assist with asset tagging and documentation. Perform evening and weekend work, as required, to support projects, system upgrades, branch renovations. equipment installations, and emergency situations/maintenance. Other job-related duties, as assigned.
