  • Coordinate qualified vendors for licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, structural, environmental, security, and other specialized work.
  • Support test-event logistics, including work-area setup, barriers and signage, tables, shelters, power distribution coordination, cable management, equipment movement, deliveries, teardown, and site restoration.

  • An inventory and storage-control system for assigned tools, consumables, safety supplies, and facility equipment.
  • A repeatable pre-event and post-event site-readiness checklist.

  • At least five years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, building services, property operations, construction support, field logistics, or a comparable trade environment.
  • Demonstrated competence with general hand and power tools and with light carpentry, repair, assembly, and facility-support tasks.
  • Ability to recognize when work requires a licensed professional, permit, lockout or tagout, fall protection, hazardous-material controls, or other specialized safeguards.
  • Strong organization, vendor coordination, documentation, purchasing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel among Massachusetts sites.
  • Ability to work safely indoors and outdoors in variable conditions and to meet the physical requirements described below, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
  • Must live in Massachusetts or willing to relocate Preferred qualifications
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 training; first-aid, CPR, lift, or other relevant safety training.
  • Experience supporting test ranges, laboratories, airports, public-safety facilities, industrial sites, field operations, events, or military environments.
