We are seeking an experienced, hands~on Production & Facilities Manager to lead our production operations and facility maintenance functions. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our industrial laundry while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do As Production & Facilities Manager, you will: Lead all day-to-day production and facility operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Establish and monitor production goals, operational metrics, and KPIs. Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing waste, and controlling costs. Develop and implement standardized operating procedures that improve workflow without compromising safety or quality. Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain production personnel. Build, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team. Manage inventory, purchasing, and production supplies. Oversee preventive maintenance programs and coordinate facility repairs to minimize equipment downtime. Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and workplace safety standards. Maintain exceptional product quality while supporting the Company's continued growth. Collaborate with leadership to develop operational strategies, improve profitability, and support long-term business objectives. Working closely with the Company's President, you'll monitor production performance, review operating costs, analyze department financial results, and help drive strategic initiatives that strengthen our operations. Experience Five to ten years of progressively responsible manufacturing, production, or industrial operations experience. Demonstrated experience with budgeting, cost management, and profit-and-loss accountability. Minimum three years of leadership experience managing production personnel. Commercial laundry, textile rental, or industrial processing experience is preferred but not required. Experience managing facility maintenance programs and capital equipment is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of manufacturing and production workflows. Proven leadership and employee development skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Innovative mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
