Facility Generalist

Facilities Maintenance Technician supports daily facility operations, repairs, inspections, and building system upkeep to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Job Requirements High school diploma required 3-5 years of facilities or maintenance experience Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, concrete, and painting Ability to lift and move equipment Familiarity with safety standards Preferred Skills Facility software experience such as Service Zone or similar systems Facility training or related maintenance training Experience coordinating outside vendors Experience supporting office moves and furniture setup Experience monitoring HVAC, lighting, and building systems Experience maintaining maintenance and supply inventory Job Responsibilities Support day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and upkeep Perform general maintenance including repairs, cleaning, and workspace organization Manage workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas Coordinate vendors for maintenance and repair work Perform facility inspections and resolve identified issues Support safety compliance and emergency systems Assist with office moves and furniture setup Maintain facility and supply inventory Respond to internal service requests Monitor HVAC, lighting, and other building systems Support sustainability initiatives

Pay:
