Job Description

Pay Range:
$21/hr - $22/hr
Day-to-Day:
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and debug on manufacturing products using data and physical observations. Assemble first-article builds, test fixtures, racks, and associated wiring with high accuracy and traceability. Conduct thorough hardware inspections, identifying discrepancies and documenting findings to meet quality standards. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), capturing process improvements and operational changes. Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on tooling, consumables, test setups, and process optimization. Execute tasks across defined process paths, escalating deviations and participating in continuous improvement projects
Must Have:
Proven experience managing multiple assignments independently, prioritizing effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines. Hands-on experience troubleshooting installation, fault finding, and equipment/product repairs. Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to read and follow complex technical documentation. Solid knowledge of manufacturing quality standards, safety protocols, and proper care of tools and company assets. Ability to meet physical shift requirements: lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for 7+ hours per shift, and using handheld scanners.
