This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a strategic leader who can assess operational challenges, guide improvement efforts, and help teams deliver measurable results. The role calls for strong judgment, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional work in a structured, practical way.
Responsibilities:
- Lead operational improvement projects focused on increasing efficiency, quality, and overall business performance.
- Evaluate current workflows and performance outcomes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for sustainable improvement.
- Partner with leadership and functional teams to define priorities, align objectives, and move initiatives forward effectively.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans that address root causes and support measurable progress.
- Facilitate team discussions, problem-solving sessions, and decision-making processes to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project milestones, key metrics, and deliverables, providing clear updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Apply performance analysis methods to assess results and adjust strategies based on findings.
- Support operational change efforts by helping teams adopt improved processes and maintain accountability for outcomes. Requirements
- Proven experience leading performance improvement initiatives in an operational environment.
- Strong background in operations management, business performance management, and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to assess organizational effectiveness and create practical improvement plans.
- Experience guiding teams through complex challenges using critical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in healthcare, government, or similarly regulated environments is preferred.
