Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal System Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Facilities Manager to support our PRIME Naval Research Lab program at Blossom Point Tracking Facility in Welcome, MD. The Facilities Manager is responsible for supervising the Facility team on all aspects of facilities work. This includes the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and infrastructures.
Work will be comprised of:
response to service or trouble calls, recurring work, preventative maintenance, inspections, and government directed new projects. Management will include tasking of other facilities members and planning site projects. This position will be responsible for working with external vendors and companies for specialized work. The Facilities manager will be an ASRC purchase card holder for official purchases under $3k. Other general facilities maintenance and construction duties will be assigned as site needs require.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and 8-10 years of relative experience or equivalent education and experience Licensed as a Master in Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing or other trade strongly desired 7 years' experience working at government installations desired. Must have experience with NEC building codes and regulations. Must be able to supervise a team Proficient on MS Office tools such as: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc
Security Clearance:
Must have an active SECRET clearance or higher. Must be able to obtain/maintain a
TS/SCI CI
