Overview Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Manager and take charge of maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment. In this vital role, you will oversee the management of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and painting, ensuring all facilities operate smoothly and meet safety standards. Your leadership will drive maintenance strategies, supervise teams, and implement projects that enhance operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about facilities management and engineering troubleshooting to make a significant impact on our organization's infrastructure. Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance across all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and some HVAC systems if qulaified. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices. Manage facilities maintenance management systems to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules efficiently. Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of mechanical systems, electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage components—and plumbing infrastructure Skills Strong management experience in these fields Mechanical knowledge with expertise in electrical systems—including high voltage—and plumbing system maintenance and some HVAC systems Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and experience implementing safety procedures within industrial environments. Skilled in engineering troubleshooting techniques utilizing schematics, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools. Project management skills to coordinate multiple maintenance projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Supervising experience in industrial maintenance settings with a focus on safety regulations and best practices. You would be working in Montgomery County Md, with 4-5 clubs, visiting one club per day.
Pay:
$25.00 - $26.00 per hour
