Facility Operations Manager. Lead a Growing Rug Cleaning Operation. Are you a natural leader who likes making things happen? Ayoub N&H is looking for an experienced Facility Operations Manager to take the lead at our growing rug cleaning facility. This isn't a job where you'll sit behind a desk all day. You'll be the person making sure the operation runs smoothly, from the moment rugs arrive at our facility to the moment they're cleaned, finished, and ready to go back to our customers. Someone who knows how to hold people accountable, communicate clearly, solve problems, and get results. Management experience is required. Experience in rug cleaning, carpet cleaning, flooring, restoration, manufacturing, or another hands-on operation is a plus, but we'll teach you our industry.
