Job Description
Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
Lead all facilities maintenance issues across the entire portfolio with a hands-on approach to take care of smaller issues Oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure a seamless guest experience Monitor and respond to emergency repair needs with a sense of urgencyFacilities Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of multi-property facilities maintenance experience in minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Respectable level of knowledge of refrigeration equipment Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills along with an eagle eye for details. Ability to understand and speakSpanish Facilities Manager Benefits:
