Job Description

Cleaning Specialist Old Town, ME Service Jobs Full Time, Primarily Nights with weekends/OT as needed Req # 39503 Join Our Team as a Cleaning Specialist! KidsPeace is expanding and seeking a dedicated Cleaning Specialist to join our team at our Orono Campus. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and supervising a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing physical environment for our facilities.
Schedule:
This is a Monday through Friday 4PM - 12AM position. There is some flexibility, but starting time is no earlier than 4PM and ending time is no later than 4AM.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment for children and employees Complete light maintenance tasks such as painting, changing light bulbs, and minor repairs Perform routine housekeeping duties across all campus buildings Ensure facilities are hazard-free and in good working condition Follow and uphold Housekeeping Standards Policy Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner Maintain records, logs, and reports as directed by the Operations Supervisor
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required Ability to work independently required At least two years of relevant experience preferred General knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs preferred Driver's license required KidsPeace is the employer of choice in the mental and behavioral healthcare field.
