Job Description

Responsibilities Supports the day-to-day operations of the facility and mail services Manage daily coordination and conference room setups. Completes all daily weekly and monthly reports Respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, etc. from building occupants Act as liaison between on-site Prudential associates and the following groups:
  • Landlord/Building Property Management
  • Prudential Corporate Facilities, Health & Wellness, and Real Estate team
  • All Facilities vendors including janitorial, electrical, painting, plumbing, technology, security, mailroom, and parking Maintain/manage any on site furniture inventory and storage areas Serve as fire/life safety contact with landlord, coordinating all evacuations, coordinating all fire alarm/extinguisher testing Coordinate any maintenance to the vending, water cooler, ice machine or coffee machine
Qualifications:
Must have PC skills office, clerical, faxing, item processing, data entry or other related mailbox processing Strong customer service and communication skills Proven reliability and commitment to work schedule and attendance. Flexibility to work additional hours with little notice. Working knowledge of preparing files financial industry preferred. Proven high quality standard for work produced (consistent error free) and high throughput (consistent Items for Hour) Ability to perform well under pressure and meet rigorous deadlines Follow internal operational controls and adhere to financial industry regulations Support other operations and administrative functions as required. Ability to work both independently and as active participant in a team environment. Contribute towards a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace.
