Your responsibilities will involve strategic planning, coordination, optimization of facilities-related processes, and creating and maintaining communication channels among stakeholders throughout North America Manufacturing as well as at CTC World HQ. Here are the key aspects of the role:
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders at CTC and at Manufacturing Sites to understand their needs and objectives related to facilities management. Organizing and optimizing plans for facility utilization, space allocation, and resource optimization.
Budgeting and Cost Management:
Assist with budget oversight for facility-related expenses, including maintenance, renovations, and upgrades. Monitor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend adjustments as needed.
Space Utilization and Allocation:
Assist with space requirements based on business growth, workforce changes, and operational needs. Track space efficiency, considering factors like team size, functions, and collaboration requirements.
Vendor Management and Procurement:
Support coordination of vendors and contractors for facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Work with manufacturing sites for maximum efficiency related to contract management, service quality evaluation, and compliance with standards.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of facility-related data, including space utilization, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules. Generate regular reports on facility performance, cost analysis, and resource utilization.
Compliance and Safety:
Track compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Support implementation of safety protocols and emergency response plans.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between manufacturing sites, business units, management, and facilities teams. Communicate facility-related updates, changes, and initiatives effectively.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Ability to travel to sites in the US, Canada, and Mexico Detail-oriented Possesses strong analytical and data management skills Possesses a strong ability to communicate verbally as well as in print Experience in facilities planning, budgeting, and vendor management Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
