Facility Operations Associate Location:
Detroit, MI Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00 AM•6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM•5:00 PM (schedule varies weekly) $19/hr 36-40 hours a week. Long term assignment with Kelly Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Facility Operations Associate to manage the day-to-day operations of our facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the facility to ensure smooth and efficient performance Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including indoor and outdoor areas Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Show available units, complete rentals, and clean units as needed Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally Make collection calls and assist with lien processing Communicate facility issues and updates to the Operations Manager Report directly to the Operations Manager Maintain organization of the front office, including opening and closing procedures Qualifications & Requirements Ability to confidently sell company products and services Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and basic computer systems Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math skills (rates, ratios, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs High school diploma or equivalent required What We're Looking For Self-motivated and dependable individual Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset 10214842 Share this job Copied url To save a job sign in or get started To apply for this job email your details to I want more jobs like this in my inbox.
