Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a self-storage facility. This pivotal role involves managing property maintenance, leasing activities, customer relations, and administrative functions to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for tenants and visitors alike. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and possess a strong background in property management, legal administrative processes, and facilities oversight. Join us to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Duties Oversee all aspects of property management, including unit rental, tenant relations, and facility maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Utilize property management software for data entry, contract management, take payments and reporting. Conduct daily inspections of the facility to ensure safety standards are met; coordinate repairs and maintenance with management. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism; upsell additional storage units or services to maximize revenue. Administer legal documentation, including contracts and notices; maintain accurate filing systems for legal and administrative records. Resolve conflicts effectively through negotiation and conflict management strategies while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Requirements Proven experience in property management; familiarity with self-storage operations is a plus. Proficiency with tools just as Microsoft Office software. Excellent customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette; ability to upsell services confidently. Demonstrated ability to manage facilities maintenance tasks and coordinate repairs efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, filing systems, and record keeping. Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

$15.00 per hour
