Job Description

The City of Andover is hiring a full-time Facility Coordinator to support daily operations at the Andover Community Center. This hands-on role focuses on facility maintenance—including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, ice resurfacing, and general repairs—while delivering excellent customer service. We're looking for a motivated self-starter with mechanical aptitude and at least three years of facility operations experience (or equivalent). Ice arena experience and trade certifications are a plus. This position offers a competitive salary of $63,376-$77,944 and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
