Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our facilities and workplace services. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, ensuring a safe and functional work environment, and assisting with facility-related projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer service-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programsServe as the primary point of contact for building-related requests and issuesSchedule and manage vendors, contractors, and service providersMonitor facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplaceTrack work orders, service requests, and maintenance recordsAssist with office moves, space planning, and workstation setupsMaintain inventory of office and facility suppliesSupport health, safety, and compliance initiativesAssist with budgeting, invoice processing, and vendor documentationSupport special facilities projects and workplace initiatives as needed
