Work as a team to accomplish the goal of providing and maintaining an environment of excellence and promoting the utilization of the facilities to accomplish the vision of CCC. Assure the effective functioning of the facility to provide an efficient and safe environment. Ensure the facilities are clean and organized to welcome members and guests comfortably.

Key expectations of overall role:

Maintain strong communication with the Director of Facilities to ensure the vision of the Lead Pastor is implemented in all respects of the organization Work closely with all other members of the staff, effectively uniting with and complementing other church ministries Develop and maintain a facility maintenance schedule/program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements, and cost reduction initiatives Be responsible for ongoing maintenance of all aspects of church facilities including but not limited to: Inspections Maintenance and repairs of Sanctuary floors and chairs, lighting throughout, bathroom fixtures, ceiling and flooring, plumbing, and other general maintenance Maintain church grounds and exterior of building including but not limited to: Outdoor lighting, weeding, lawncare, landscaping, power washing, windows, snow removal (not parking lots) Keep the calendar at the forefront of your schedule to accommodate events, including setting up rooms and equipment. Be available for holiday and event preparation including Sunday services, Baptisms, Wednesday services, Easter, Christmas, weddings, funerals, and other events as needed.
