The Role Autumn Ridge Church is seeking an individual to serve as our Evenings & Saturdays Facility Associate, providing support to the ministries and groups that utilize the space during those times. In partnership with the Facilities Team, this individual will help to create irresistible environments that both the church and community utilize. This individual will have an attitude of readiness to serve, assist, and provide for the needs of those in the facility. This individual will also have the awareness and foresight to see how to prepare for those who will arrive on the campus the following morning. This position will have direct interaction with people from all contexts and backgrounds. We are looking for a self-starter who can anticipate needs before they are requested. Our new Evenings & Saturdays Facility Associate should have an evident passion for serving God, a problem-solving attitude, a desire for people to feel welcomed on our campus. The Responsibilities Setup, tear down, and clean rooms as well as common areas for events and meetings according to the building schedule. Inform the Facilities Director of any equipment or facilities needing repair and/or any safety issues. Provide coverage for various events such as conferences, weddings, concerts, meetings, and services. Perform basic routine maintenance on equipment and facilities. Proactively communicate with internal ministries and outside groups. May be required to supervise and care for volunteers assisting in facilities. Primarily evenings and weekends with occasional afternoon coverage depending on the needs of Autumn Ridge Church. Qualifications and Experience Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. Flexible and willing to embrace change. Available for evening and weekend coverage of church activities. Self-starter with ability to prioritize workflow.
