- Maintenance and cleaning of the property
- Scheduling and supervising maintenance, ground, and custodial employees
- Training team members
- Enforce compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety, fire, and health
- Inventory control
- Implement policy procedures
- Provide a safe, clean environment for guests and employees
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and SDS manual
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The supervisory responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent required and/or college education.
- Broad Knowledge of organizational, communication, and supervision skills.
- Excellent customer and employee service skills are essential.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must be able to Obtain and Maintain a Level II Missouri Gaming Commission License
- Must have a valid driver's license SKILLS
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
