Facilities Administrate Coordinator - - Position Overview The position will assist with the daily operations of maintenance and housekeeping staff. Coordinates and monitors facilities, services, processes and functions. Assists in prioritizing service demands when appropriate. Conducts initial and on-going training based on the needs of the department. Prepares and maintains accurate logs, reports and records while performing other clerical duties. This person will support and troubleshoot issues/concerns identified in work order ticketing system, while performing audits and evaluating service levels of facilities services, reporting findings directly to Statewide Director of Facilities.
