Full Job Description Overview:
The purpose of this job is to supervise the construction, maintenance, signage, and vendors for the corporate facilities located within the assigned geographic region. This position may be filled at Level I or II. Additional responsibilities and qualifications apply.Responsibilities:
Supervise the Construction and Renovation Process of new and existing facilities. Supervise Contractors Coordinate and oversee OSHA and ADA compliance as it relates to facilities and ergonomics Inspect and coordinate maintenance and repairs of corporate facilities within assigned geographic region Coordinate installation and maintenance of all corporate signage within assigned geographic region Consult with Market Leaders and/or Community Relationship Managers, as well as Branch Managers about space issues, workflow, relocation, and alterations for the remodeling of facilities. Control expenditures and approve payment for goods and services within authority and make recommendations to management exceeding that authority. Perform additional duties as assignedLevel II Additional Responsibilities:
Selection and supervision of contractors for each renovation and/or construction projectQualifications:
10 years' of Facility Management-related experience Municipality Workings Regulatory Compliance Bid specification knowledge Facility Maintenance and Repair Methods Time management for workload prioritization Effective communication Interpersonal skills Computer Skills Construction Documentation Skills Effective negotiation skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Two-year college education Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systemsLevel II Additional Qualifications:
15 years of Facility Management-related experienceAccepted Construction Practices Preferred Qualifications:
Four-year college educationPhysical Requirements/Working Conditions:
