Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse - Unit Manager to lead our skilled nursing facility (SNF) team. Manage medication administration, IV infusion procedures, catheterization, tube feeding, and other complex clinical tasks with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Ensure accurate medical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems; maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Experience Valid RN/LPN license with current registration; prior supervisory or nurse management experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is required. Demonstrated expertise in medical-surgical nursing, geriatrics, dementia care, and acute pain management. Strong background in patient assessment techniques including vital signs monitoring, injection administration, and sterile technique. Leadership skills demonstrated through supervising nursing staff; ability to foster teamwork and professional development within the unit.
