Job Description

Essential Functions Plan and oversee facility maintenance operations Provide direction and make decisions on complex matters dealing with mail services and security issues. Purchase or lease home office capital expenditures such as furniture, copiers, faxes, phone equipment, and mail equipment. Act as project manager over building renovation projects. Complete requisitions checks for supplies, services, and other expenditures. Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards. Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) risk ownership responsibilities to be conducted as assigned. Education Level Education Details Req Pref Bachelor's Degree Majoring in Business, Building Construction, or a related field X Or Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Skill/Ability Additional Information Proficiency Strong mechanical skills advanced knowledge of highly technical equipment Advanced Possesses strong technical aptitude Advanced Ability to lead/manage others Intermediate Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback Intermediate Computer Skills Must have computer experience skills to include proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and etc. Advanced Other must be able to lift 25 pounds Experience Required 5 year(s): 5 years minimum experience in building and grounds maintenance or related.
