This is a hands-on position. You will supervise and support employees while also personally cleaning assigned buildings and providing coverage when needed. We are looking for a dependable leader who is comfortable working alongside their team and takes pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.

What You'll Do:

Supervise, train, and support up to 20 janitorial employees Personally perform commercial janitorial cleaning duties Clean assigned customer facilities and provide shift coverage as needed Travel between multiple assigned locations Conduct quality-control inspections Monitor employee attendance and performance Reinforce cleaning procedures, safety standards, and proper chemical handling Communicate with clients and company leadership Monitor supplies and report facility or maintenance concerns Help ensure each facility is properly staffed and cleaned

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of commercial janitorial experience required Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Willing and able to perform hands-on janitorial work Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and manage changing priorities Comfortable traveling between assigned facilities Schedule Schedule flexibility is required based on facility needs. This position includes regular hands-on cleaning as well as management responsibilities.
