Provide independent assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for acute and episodic conditions, including procedures like laceration repair and wound care. Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and educate patients on follow-up and preventive care. Manage a patient volume of 3-4 per hour in a fully equipped clinic with established protocols and support staff. Schedule includes 3 shifts per week (12 hours), rotating weekends, with no on-call duties; flexible scheduling and overtime pay available. Compensation ranges from $55-$70/hour with annual earnings of approximately $103K-$131K, plus incentives and bonuses.
