In this role, the Facilities Technician will ensure our manufacturing facilities are maintained at the highest standards to support operational efficiency and the well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong background in industrial maintenance. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the manufacturing facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Respond to and resolve facilities-related issues promptly, minimizing production downtime. Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement preventive maintenance programs. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Document and report maintenance progress and inventory usage. Ensure all maintenance activities are performed within the budgetary and time constraints. Required Skills Strong problem-solving skills Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and utility systems Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment Good communication and interpersonal skills
