As a Grain Facility Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting the facility team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

$95,000 - $125,000 What's the Job? Lead and oversee the daily operations of the grain storage facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Manage and develop facility personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Implement and maintain safety programs to promote a safe working environment for all staff. Coordinate with grain merchandising to ensure timely and cost-effective grain movement and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and oversee capital projects to enhance productivity and quality. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Logistics, Business, or related field; or 5-7 years of grain operations experience in lieu of degree. 3-5 years of related experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of grain receiving, storage technologies, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, USDA, FDA). Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
