Job Description
Facilities Coordinator Position Summary The Facilities Coordinator supports day-to-day facilities operations across store locations, ensuring timely maintenance, vendor coordination, and administrative support to maintain safe, functional, and efficient work environments. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure facilities needs are addressed promptly and within budget. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to store requests related to maintenance and facilities needs. Coordinate routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across multiple locations. Maintain organized filing systems for facilities documentation, service records, and vendor contracts. Monitor and track expenses to ensure operations remain within budget. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors. Provide administrative support to leadership including regular progress reports and status updates. Support special projects and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily office-based with occasional coordination across store locations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Reporting Structure This position reports to the Senior Manager of Store Facilities.
