This position performs routine cleaning, facility upkeep, minor maintenance tasks, and supports daily building operations to ensure a positive experience for employees, customers, and visitors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces. Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly. Restock restroom, kitchen, and facility supplies as needed. Conduct routine inspections of facility areas and report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain facility grounds, including sidewalks, entrances, and outdoor common areas as assigned. Follow established safety procedures and company policies. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Respond promptly to facility-related requests and emergencies. Support contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel as needed. Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions. Ability to safely operate cleaning and maintenance equipment.
