) Partner weekly with the General Manager to align on priorities, projects, and budgets Own the upkeep of the building, grounds, and equipment — troubleshooting issues as they come up Manage vendor relationships for maintenance, equipment, and landscaping Maintain organized inventory and accurate records for tools, parts, and equipment Perform routine HVAC maintenance (filters, coils, general upkeep) Act as the point person for utilities and communication-related issues Conduct safety checks, visual inspections, and stay ahead of potential hazards Complete regular approach patrols and document findings Keep machine areas clean, organized, and operating safely Maintain and repair pinsetters, scoring systems, foul units, vending machines, and kitchen/lounge equipment Review lane call books daily and address issues quickly Create temporary fixes when needed to minimize downtime Support general facility needs, including light housekeeping when needed Locations with
