(JLL) is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead renovation and capital projects across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. In this client-facing role, you will manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and risk from planning through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. You will coordinate vendors, contractors, and stakeholders, drive sustainability and technology-enabled solutions, and support a performance-driven, collaborative culture focused on delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple facilities renovation and capital projects from planning through closeout Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to define scope, schedule, and budget Develop project plans, cost estimates, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with client goals Oversee bidding, contract administration, and compliance with building codes and safety standards Track project progress, costs, and changes; prepare regular status reports for stakeholders Ensure quality control, timely delivery, and minimal disruption to building operations Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and technology-enabled solutions in project design Maintain project documentation, approvals, and handover packages for operations teams Required Skills Project management Facilities management Construction management Budgeting and cost control Scheduling (MS Project or similar) Contract and vendor management Building codes and compliance Risk management Sustainability and energy efficiency Stakeholder communication and reporting
