Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the Weymouth Center for the Arts and Humanities' facilities/grounds. This person and position supports the mission of connecting people through the arts and humanities within literary, access and preservation of building and grounds, and the equestrian sport. We are looking for someone who has general maintenance skills that include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, security, and an overall ability to problem solve individually and with a team. This position utilizes handiwork skills to facilitate the maintenance and upkeep of all organizational facilities ensuring the spaces/rooms are clean, safe, and well maintained. In addition, this position leads a group of volunteers and work to grow that team in number and skill set. Project management will be included as a responsibility when the Weymouth Center takes on large or capital projects.
