Job Description
Job Summary:
After the proper training, and with continued guidance from Admin, the ideal candidate will oversee the entire BOH operations. This will include but is not limited to food preparation and serving of meals, keeping a clean and organized kitchen, maintaining inventory and ordering product, and implementing consistent and creative menus. This position is perfect for the individual who loves working in the food industry but hates the long, late, and unconventional hours. Our candidate will be expected to work 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality, childcare, or a kitchen environment is preferred, but not mandatory. At TKC, it is far more valuable for our ideal candidate to strive to learn and teach our children by example than to bring culinary expertise to the program.
