Technical knowledge of super precision rolling element bearing application in high speed rotating equipment is required, with machine tool service, machining, or grinding experience highly desired. Schedule Full time, onsite in Winston Salem, NC. Compensation $90,000 to $110,000 base salary. What You'll Do This role oversees and directs all functions of the service facility, and supervises and mentors Repair Technicians as direct reports. The Facility Manager coordinates with the Midwest Service Center to balance workload and direct repairs to the facility best suited to complete them efficiently. The role supports Sales with technical guidance, answering questions and providing cost and schedule estimates, and provides guidance on spindle failure causes and potential improvements. The Facility Manager reviews and finalizes spindle evaluation reports, determining repair costs for both purchased components and labor to formulate quotes, and schedules and assigns spindle repairs to Repair Technicians based on their experience and proficiency. The role also reviews and evaluates Final Repair Reports and completed spindle repairs to ensure work meets standards and will perform reliably for the customer. Required Qualifications Technical knowledge of super precision rolling element bearing application in high speed rotating equipment Mechanical or electromechanical background capable of performing engineering calculations on rotating equipment machine elements Proficiency in super precision rolling element bearing engineering and application Experience in bearing and mechanical component failure analysis Strong verbal and written communication skills Prior supervisory experience overseeing technical staff or a service facility Preferred Qualifications Experience in machine tool service, machining, or grinding Experience developing repair cost estimates and quotes Experience coordinating workload across multiple service locations Compensation and Benefits $90,000 to $110,000 base salary Expense reimbursement Auto allowance Health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays To apply, please submit your resume for consideration.
