- Full-time Kendal at Hanover is a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, employing over 300 staff members and home to 400 residents.
Primary roles and responsibilities include:
Leading and supervising maintenance and security teams with a strong customer service focus; Assigning, coordinating, and prioritizing daily work orders and projects; Acting as a working supervisor, including on-call service response; Ensuring high-quality, responsive service to residents and staff; Coordinating covered parking operations, code compliance, snow removal, and all hazard mitigation; Supporting resident moves and furniture relocation; Planning, directing, and overseeing 24/7 security operations; Investigating and documenting security incidents and PEER reports; Leading maintenance and facilities projects using best practices; Managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder approvals; Conducting staff training, coaching, evaluations, and performance documentation.The successful candidate will have:
A degree in a related field (or the equivalent experience) and at least 3 additional years of demonstrated, successful leadership experience in Customer Service setting. LEAN or Six Sigma Certification a plus Ability to travel throughout buildings and grounds and perform inspection (large majority of work day includes standing and walking); Very strong interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated leadership skills. A valid, unexpired driver's license. A valid, unexpired driver's license is required for this position and you must be insurable under Kendal's automobile insurance carrier.Pay range:
$74,000- $87,000.00 annually (Exempt), dependent on skills and experience. Kendal at Hanover offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; short
