Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the Facilities Manager will provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, coordination, and operational oversight for maintenance, janitorial and security personnel. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, security, and physical condition of the property, which consists of independent living apartments, assisted living, and a variety of resident amenities and common areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical knowledge of residential maintenance and be capable of, personally, troubleshooting and completing routine repairs in apartments, common areas, and amenity spaces when necessary.
