Job Description
Pay:
$21.00 per hourSchedule:
Sunday-Thursday 1pm-9:30pmNOTE:
schedule will change week to week as business needs require, 7 day a week availability is required, each week will include 2 days off Key Responsibilities- Supervise warehouse leads and associates, providing coaching when needed
- Plan labor, manage staffing levels, and adjust priorities as needed
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety metrics
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and food handling procedures
- Coordinate with operations, QA, and transportation teams
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Previous warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in cold storage or food distribution Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in cold temperatures and extended hours as needed
