- $42•62/hr Shift hours-20 to 25 hours a week is what we would need.
..but we would consider 40 hours for the right candidate. We're seeking a Transition Manager to lead the handover of construction deliverables into facility operations during an ongoing renovation. This role will serve as a key liaison between GCs, contractors, facility operations, and stakeholders , with strong potential to transition into an Operations Manager role.
Must Have:
- Facility Operations / Facilities Management background
- Construction & project management experience
- Construction-to-Operations transition / handover
- MEP systems & commissioning
- As-builts, O&M manuals, warranties & maintenance documentation
- Change orders, contracts, scheduling & risk management
- Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent
- Strong communication, problem-solving & ownership mindset
Preferred:
CMMS, data analytics, SOP/MOP development, life-cycle planning and experience in an active facility undergoing renovation.
