Facilities Manager

We're seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations across a residential portfolio. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing vendors, staff, and property upkeep. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations and property inspections Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff Ensure efficient unit turnover and minimize vacancy downtime Lead capital projects and coordinate repairs within budget Review bids, control costs, and approve invoices Maintain strong collaboration with property management and leasing teams What You Bring 5+ years of property maintenance experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple priorities Customer-focused with excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Relevant certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) preferred Why Join Us High level of ownership and autonomy Opportunity to impact property performance and resident experience Collaborative, team-driven environment

Pay:

$130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
