Warehouse Supervisor - Jersey City Furniture Facility Force Transfer - 5.0 Jersey City, NJ Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Packing Moving Warehouse experience Full Job Description Job Summary Seeking an honest, reliable and hardworking warehouseman for a furniture warehouse. Must be dependable, organized, careful when handling merchandise, and able to work well with others.

Job Duties:

Receive and inspect incoming furniture and merchandise Carefully pack and prepare furniture for delivery Check merchandise for damage and report any issues Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records Label, organize and properly store merchandise Load and unload trucks Keep warehouse clean, safe and organized Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy items. Ability to safely move and handle furniture and other large items Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift throughout the workday Comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse work Must be honest, dependable, punctual and responsible. Previous warehouse, furniture handling or moving experience is required.

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE AND BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
